Couches are manufactured once deposit has been paid with waiting period of 4 to 15 days depending on the design, any product purchased has a warranty of 1yr (unless specified otherwise on the invoice). You have one day to cancel an order for full refund, beyond that no cash refund in any of the product purchased at theCouchMan Retailer. In any case where change of mind arise about purchased set matter can be taken up with the owners of the business and credit will be granted to purchase anything at theCouchMan Retailer of the value of the money paid, THERE IS NO CASH REFUND. We will gladly exchange the set within a day of delivery if not used or damaged and if it was a standard set selling on our website. We will not exchange anything that you've requested us to design or resize or made in a color that we cannot resell. When paying a deposit it will deemed that you have read and or accept these terms of sale.
Product will always belong to us until all outstanding balances are paid. In the case where product is left in your house with outstanding balance, we request settlement to be done within agreed time. If our team fails to collect outstanding monies from you (the customer) we will make use of external companies to collect the funds from you. Initial collection fee which differs according to the amount but not more than R2000 will be paid by yourself (the customer). In the entire amount of collection, all legal and court fees will be invoiced to you (the customer).
