TERMS OF SALE
Couches are manufactured once 50% deposit has been paid with a waiting period of 4 to 40 working days depending on the design (small cushions are excluded unless ad specify otherwise), any product purchased has a 1yr warranty on frame (unless specified otherwise on the invoice). Collection for repairs above 40 kilometres will at buyer's cost. You have one day to cancel an order and the cancellation fee will be 20% of what you have paid us, beyond that no cash refund on any of the product purchased at theCouchMan Retailer. MONIES FOR REFUND MAY TAKE UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS . We will not exchange nor refund anything that you've ordered or requested us to design or resize or made in a color that you selected. When paying a deposit it will be deemed that you have read and accept these terms of sale.
Product will always belong to us until all outstanding balances are paid. In the case where product is left in your house with outstanding balance, we request settlement to be done within agreed time. If our team fails to collect the outstanding monies from you (the customer) we will make use of external companies to collect the funds from you. Initial collection fee which differs according to the amount but not more than R2000 will be paid by yourself (the customer). In the entire amount of collection, all legal and court fees will be invoiced to you (the customer).
ALL DELIVERIES WILL ONLY BE DONE ONCE THE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL AND CLEARED TO OUR ACCOUNTS, THERE IS NO COD DEALS. THIS IS BECAUSE theCouchMan Retailer DOES NOT OWN DELIVERY VANS, IF WE TAKE A DELIVERY FEE FROM YOUR MONEY IT IS USED TO HIRE THE VAN ON YOUR BEHALF. EXTERNAL DRIVERS CANNOT COLLECT CASH OR PAYMENTS OF ANY FORM
In any case the buyer decides to cancel the order, cancellation fee of 20% of what you have paid will be charged.
